Has to be some kind of scam, I do not know anyone in NY.
Kept calling my cell and they knew my name when I called back.
A guy named "James" answered and was very obtuse. He would not tell me the name of the "firm"; said they did arbitration and lots of other things.
I would not give him information and he would not tell me what they were calling me for. 585-207-0711 09/19/2017

I got a call from theses people a while back from a different number telling me I owed money to a bank and I was being served papers. I called the bank they verified I did not owe money. Called the court house with the case number they said it didn't even resemble their case numbers. Called again today and I went off on them after they now said a different bank account and were extremely rude I called them on their scam and the guy said I was committing fraud by not paying and they would serve me papers I told him to serve them up because I'm don't talking to him. He said that's fine I have your account information for the correct bank I use. Had to call my bank and put a fraud lock on my account. SO over theses people!!!!
