Advertising for Concordia Univ, Irvine, CA
Caller: Concordia University
The person asked for my daughter by name. He said he was calling from the University of the Sciences which is located in Philadelphia. I know 585 area code is Rochester, NY. I asked him why he is calling from a 585 area code. He stated the University sends out scrambled numbers. This is clearly a scam.
