I didn't answer but others said it's a pharmacy sales scam. I am on the no call list. Coincidentally, the only entity that I have given my phone number to in quite some time, was when checking out at Walgreens Pharmacy yesterday.

Another call from this pharmacy. This is the 27th time they have called asked to take off list and they just laugh and hang up

These calls are routed and spoofed by Callcentric Wholesale Inc, 11 Broadway, Suite 1015, New York, NY 10004 USA, Phone: +1 (212) 379-4027, Fax: +1 (646) 810-9260, http://www.callcentric.com/. This address is fake (just a mail forwarding service). In reality, this is being done by Gregory Borodiansky, Yana Borodiansky, and Yishi Shapir of Telengy LLC / Callcentric from their house at 50 Alverson Loop, Staten Island, NY 10309. They provide name / phone # lists as well as call routing and spoofing to Asian outfits that try to sell you illegal drugs and other fake junk. Let them know how much you dislike this and they might remove you from their lists. Of course, always report this to the FCC. Perhaps after a few hundred complaints, the FCC will pay them a visit and shut them down.
