Yes, the caller said based on an online survey I had filled out, I had provided my number for a callback to assist me in finding employment meeting my experinces and qualifications. I have not done such a thing, I am not looking for employment

Offered to find employment positions. Representative told me that I had signed up with their company previously (which I had not), asked me if I was above or below the age of 18 (which I answered), if I was employed (which I answered), and my date of birth (which I did not answer - telling him that I do not give this information over the phone). The representative hung up on me after not receiving the last piece of information.
