This is fraud. The caller is attempting to get personal information (name, phone number etc..). This is identity theft and should be reported to the police

Yes...Was a private caller left a message... said my name on a federal loan of a Michelle Carns...she hasn't been in contact for a while...never heard of a Michelle Carns...the man left his name as Doug Hooper gave a different # and ext. To be reached but wasn't able to get full number and deleted by mistake.
