Someone named Jordan left a message "from Outsource" asking to contact a representative. Not sure who they are trying to reach but I dont have anything in collections

They called my cell then hung up when I answered the phone.

They call at least twice a day and do not leave voice mail. I finally got tired of their calls and once I answered the call. A person called Anna asked for my birth date and last four of my SSN. I did not give them any information and hung up.
Just got new phone and number, never had a cell before. they have called every day since i got it. 2 weeks now.
