I had an Officer Jackson call me and tell me that I was being sued by Cash Advance for a payday advance. When I told him i had no idea about he was talking about and how I had never recieved a cash advvance, the only information he could provide me with was the amount that he said I owed, and the date it was supposed to have been deposited into my account. the account number he could not provide me with, but asked me to give him a credit card number to clear this matter up. I stated I would be checking into this matter, and he tried to tell me that I had only 30 minutes to call him back with my intentions of how I would taking care of this matter. i told him i would call him back at MY earliest convience, and to note that I would not be paying this, because it was not my debt.
Harrassment, called me an f***** b****** and that they were going to call my place of employment and tell them all of the bad stuff I had done. SCAMMMMMMM Just ignore the calls.
Harassment and threats! Questioned him as to who is this, what is the name of the agency, who is your superior etc. Hung up on me!
I called this organization because they are harassing one of our clients currently in bankruptcy. The man than answered could hardly speak English and refused to provide the company name. While providing client name and case number to this individual, he ended the call. I wonder if this is a cell phone and the calls are not originating from the United States but from another country. Please do not provide any information to anyone calling from this number. This does not appear to be from legitimate collection call.
I also receive a call also from one Officer David Williams calling me from 585-584-1142 ext 187.. telling me that he if doesnt hear from me or my attorney, he wish me good luck... This is harrassment.
