This is a guy working for a "marketing research" firm and he lives in Pavilion, N.Y. I only know this because I used reverse look-up. Don't worry about ever having to talk to him . . he will only call and hang up! When you try to call back, or call the 1-800 number on the recording, there will be ZERO ability to leave a message to ask that your number be removed from their list (I'm sure it's all by design!) He is a Frontier customer and I called them and they will do nothing - BIG SURPRISE!! Oh wait, that's right, they offered us a $5.99 additional charge on our phone bill to block this and up to 12 other phone numbers . . SO helpful : ) Thanks Frontier!!
