Caller ID 585-730-6128 , Phylis Jackson from Check Systems. Says is calling to collect on a debt on a bounced check. It's a fraud. This doesn't stop unless you file a complaint with the government. Please file your complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (877) 382-4357 and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (885) 411-2372. You should also contact your State Attorney General (800) 222-4444. They will not investigate until there are complaints filed nationwide! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO! SCAMMERS!!
