same scenario. caller said he is from the WINDOWS DEPARTMENT , asking if we have a WINDOWS computer. That they've identified our computer has a trojan and he wants to fix it.

they called at 5:40 PM MT, the caller ID was a bunch of numbers 15857629912. I ws expecting a call, so I answered without checking who was calling, I said, hello, a no one replied, so I didn't say anything more, then after a few seconds a "sexy woman's voice said "goood byyye....
From the "Windows Maintenance" Department. It's a scam to gain remote access to your computer. DO NOT PERMIT!
Caller stating they are from the windows maintenance department, stating that my windows operating system has errors and is running malicious software. When I took a quick look to see if any messages were showing on my computer, and replied that I have no error messages- the person hung up.
