Got a call just minutes ago. It's a car warranty scam, looking for 2006 and newer cars with less than 150K miles on them.
I gave them the year of one of our cars, a 2008, and they simply hung up.
It is a VOIP phone using this number, which means it could be spoofed by anyone at all. Scammers often use such spoofing to hide their true identities. If you ask them who they are, they often then hang up.
