Got a call. I said hello twice and no one responded.

nobody speaks when I say hello, I just called the police department and they said without a voice or threat or otherwise, not much you can do. all I can say is, do not answer
They asked about furthering my education? I am 24 with a degree. Calls me every 5 hours or so for the last week.
