Not sure how they got my name and number. They just started calling to a number I've had since 2014, so possibly they got it from Bell / Virgin or from online service using SMS verification.
I've never had a credit card (and EOS isn't using my full given name as it appears on my ID anyway). I have no major bank accounts (just one small credit union acct for all transactions). I've never taken out a loan, I don't own any property, and I do my taxes. I've been virtually invisible on the financial radar for my entire adult life.
I do not owe anyone anything yet these useless crooks continue to bother me. I've blocked all of their numbers so far. They will be getting a Cease and Desist letter if they don't stop and/or if they send paper mail.
