Claims that a case is filed with department of justice regarding a fraud with Service Canada. Legal action will be taken if 1 is not pressed immediately to speak with an agent.

Voicemail notification went off on my phone. Went to listen to it, nothing, not even a split second of a sound. No obvious disconnect sound either.
NOTE: My phone never rang, only received a notification. Call history records 9 hour difference from the last phone call I received. This has occurred twice over a span of five days from this number.
