The receptionist called and made an appointment for mine mom for 2/18th. Someone had called on 1/27th an appt for 2/12th.

Suspicious call. Would not provide who he is associated with and would not answer questions. He just wanted information.
Called after 6:00pm stating that they provide In Home Health Services and that they got my information from by Healthcare Insurance carrier. However, they did not know my name and asked for my name ?? My insurance carrier did not confirm this information.
