Caller is stating they want to deliver a medic alert system to me that has been paid for already. I get this call at least 4 times a month and have told them to stop calling each time.

They told her she had a Life Alert equipment that had been paid for and they were making arrangements to deliver it. CTR355

I got one too. Told me a relative had paid for a medical alert system for me and paid for shipping too. He said someone heard about someone falling in my home and ordered this for me. I asked how much a month this would cost me. He wouldn't answer. Next he put on recording that said press 1 to accept delivery. I reported this to the police department and to the Council On Aging, A warning about the scam will be on the COA website and in the COA newsletter.

Claims we ordered "medical alert product" and wants delivery information. Has called twice including today. Vague description of company name. We have definitely not ordered any such product or contacted any such company. We think this is a scam.
