Some kind of loan. After a recorded message from "customer relations," I was transferred to a live human who insisted that I give him information about the interest and balance on my credit cards. He would not give the name of his company (he would only vaguely say that they were connected somehow with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover), and was offended that I wouldn't "trust" him. When I adamantly refused and demanded to know the name of his company, he hung up.
