The message says it is very importnat that this is an urgent message about information of your current credit card. Your eligibility of lowering interests rate on your credit card will expire soon so you need to act soon to lower your interests rate. I do not have any outstanding credit card debt and hearing this message disturbs me as it makes me feel that it was a call from my credit card company.
