spam caller started having issues after siging up for shopping apps on phone-walmart, target, shopkick. be care signing up for these apparently they arent secure or sell your number to spammers and scammers
Looking online there seems to be over 20 complaints that this is a telemarketing scam, where you get a $100 gift card by paying $3 processing fee.
