Got a call from 601-990-5520 and they hung up as soon as they got the answering machine. Anyone who has legitimate business with me would leave a message.
Scammers are using a number that is no longer in service to phish. If you pick up, they will continue to call. Don't answer any calls coming from numbers that you don't recognize.
