I didn't get the callers name but I think they were pshing for my insurance information and they needed to ask me some personal information. I thought it was suspicious when she said I need to talk to you over the phone. I told her to send me the questionnaire in the mail. This phone number is linked to mercy care advantage clients section for medical transportation by Discount Cab or AAA Can. And I enrolled with United Health Care & Maricopa Integrated Health System, I have Medicare & Medicaid so if you I have complete coverage that covers my medical transportation, sometimes I get Discount Cab or Veao, but mostly Veao. So I don't know what that lady wanted but I was too busy to answer some questions & told her to call the following day she never did. But they the Veao drivers are incompetent and can't read their GPS system one guy was holding it upside down and was going the opposite way till he realized he was holding the phone upside down. Their not very safe drivers just missed from being sidewinder cause the driver wasn't paying attention & kept looking at her phone for directions from the GPS and was confused on the freeway the worst place to be confused.
