They call several times a day starting very early and asking for a specific person. We don't have a car loan with this company...never had. They refuse to give any information to try and figure out why they are calling us.

Call 4 - 5 times a day on my cell...beginning at 8am! Even on Sundays. I answered and they asked for a person that is unknown...told them they had a wrong number...I do not have an account with them nor have I financed a car in many years!!! told them to stop calling...they have not!

Call me 4-8 times daily, any day of the week, all hours....only left message once. Have also called my work 1x. The caller ID says Chase....the message said calling from TJ Sauter (sp?) Finance.

I have no accounts with Chase.

I have spoken to a Chase representative and tried told them I would pay at the end of the week including late fees. The agent told me he would note the order. An hour later another Chase phone call. I told that agent I made payment arrangements and was told that no matter what they can not stop the calls until a payment was made and that their system will randomly decide when to call.

CALLS 5 TIMES A DAY EARLY EVEN 1 AM

THESE FUUUUKING AHOLLLES ARE CALLING OVER THE LAST SMALL PMT ON AN ACCOUNT PAID 5 MONTHS EARLY

Blocked their number they get a 'phone number disconnected' message and they still call 5-6+ times per day looking at call log.

I have called them several times letting them know that I am not the person of the auto loan they are looking for... but some how they continue to call my cell phone number.. I have the other numbers for Chase Auto Finance to go straight to voice mail but some how they are using another number as well to contact a male person and I'm a female.

Chase Auto Finance. Their policy is to call daily even if you have spoken to them the day before to alert them of a payment made. For some reason they don't call on Sunday but start calling on Sunday morning at 8:00 and the call is repeated every 15 minutes. I figured out if you call them first until a payment is reached by them it stops the automatic dialer from doing it.

I do feel the number of calls borders on harassing.

Sent payment... 3 day before due.....not even 24 hrs over due date and getting calls...............THEY SUCK.....Not mt fault some one didn't post the payment because it's Saturday.
