Called, but failed to leave messages. Calls stall hours.

Called me twice, I didn't pick up, but I've been getting lots of spam calls lately

They called me three (3) times. I NEVER answer Unknown numbers that I don't have in my phone list.

This guy, James has called me at least three times from different numbers in the 602 area code. Same voice, same exact script. "Hi this is James from publishers service, can you hear me". Proceeds to congratulate me on being a finalist in a million dollar drawing. When I ask what drawing he claims I entered a sweepstakes from their website. The only sweepstakes I ever enter is PCH. When I tell him he is wrong and I am on the do not call registry, he hangs up and calls a week or so later from a new number. I know his voice well. He is a gutless scammer.
