Called from University of Phoenix as Financial Aid office. Has only called me once prior to today (09/27/2018), which was when I first enrolled with the college.
I'm not sure what their problem is but they call and hang up they don't leave messages and blatantly ignore do not call demands
Stupid very disrespectful.
Cals me between 5-10 times a day
