Received a call from "Joshua" asking to speak to the person who pays the electric bill. He sounded as if it was an emergency so I asked him where he was calling from and he said "Suez Energy". His call-back number was 1-800-968-3503 (ext.1705). I told him I'd have to take a message, indicated that this was an attorney's office, and that he probably would not receive a call back. He wanted to know the name of the person who might be calling him back and he also asked if I could verify that the attorney pays the electric and doesn't rent the property. Joshua said that we are eligible to receive certain benefits that would lower the monthly cost of electric.
