These folks called and hung up - then when I called back they said they are a "non-profit" organization that helps people in financial trouble. They wouldn't give the name of the non-profit, their company or even their own name (I asked to know who I was speaking to--after all, they'd called me and disturbed me at home--couldn't they at least tell me who they were?)

Completely bogus - especially considering I'm not in financial trouble nor have I solicited their (or any) services. This is a massive call center of nasty mean people using phone-dialing robots (hence the hang-up calls). If you see this number on your caller id with "Arizona Caller" as the (again, bogus) name -- know that they are:
1. hiding behind a false name on caller ID
2. definitely not a legitimate "non-profit" organization
3. unpleasant call center
