The caller identified himself as Ken Dougherty and asked for
donation for the police. When I wouldn't commit to a donation, he was extremely rude! Not policeman like at all!
Got a call on my cell from this number. I answered since it is in state and the area code was Phoenix. There was no one on the line. I called the number back and a recording came on, it did not identify what company or entity it was, just that someone would call back within a day. If I felt that I was reached in error to press 1 to be placed on the do not call list. I hung up. I can just put the number on auto reject on my cell phone. Obviously some spam telemarketer or such. When they robo call multiple numbers and people pick up before you, then you will get no one on the line.”

Sam Gentry Police donation solicitation. I am on the DNC list.
I received this call while attending the theater with my wife. The man behind me got so upset that I hadn't set my phone to silent, he shot me in the head and now I am dead.
