Calls all the time says nothing until you call back and get recording on police donations

This guy calls me over and over. I felt guilty not giving to police, but I was broke that day and give when I can. Now I'm so glad he didn't hit me on a better day. I called the number back and the guy leaves his name on the recording...says, "Hi, I'm Ken Dawtry (not quite sure of last name), thanks so much for calling me back...then goes into his spiel about collecting for police. He seems easy to catch to me.

Scam said they were FOP trying to get credit card information. Complete scam call from other numbers too, same scam, and call over and over
