They were asking if I made my payment yet, I laughed and asked what payment. when I asked for the company info they gave a smart a** comment stating that the letter I have has the company info so there was no need for him to give me the info, when I asked for a manager he hung up. tried to call back and it rang once and hung up.

They said they knew information about my credit card, saying they elicited the information from them. Because I had been paying on-time I was available to have my interest rate reduced. They knew some information about my card. The second call came from the 571 number, to confirm my involvement in the program. I said I was going to confirm with my bank and she gave me the 866 number to call back.
