I have not answered the unknown number, but have researched this as being a Credit Card info gathering call. I've received numerous calls from the same #, but have deleted them.
offer to reducing credit card interest rates
Fraudulent attempt to collect credit card info by soliciting with an offer to "lower your interest rate"
Caller: "Account Services"
wanted to lower my credit card rate and when I asked which card this was in reference to, they hung up.
