scammers.
Just got a call from this number. They told me they were having a problem with my computer. Being a computer programmer, I knew it was a scam right away and played along. They told me my computer was sending them spams and viruses. They asked if I could get in front of my computer so that they could fix it. I said of course! So they directed me to go to the start menu, but I said "well I'm on a mac" and she promptly hung up. Should have played along longer... but oh well. Definitely ... scam.

These folks claim to be from Microsoft but they bait their comments expecting you to fill in the blanks! Total SCAM!
