I received a call and said they where DHA services and they said that they hadn't received my payment yet. Don't have an account with them and they were calling for something that was in 95 and I had already paid it. Some guy answered the phone and said that he wanted to renew it. I told him it was paid and if he called again that he would hear from my attorney.

Got a voicemail from them this morning. Brad from Bryant Hodge & Assoc. I called them back to see what they had to say. They are trying to collect on an old, time barred debt from 11 years ago that I do not even recall us ever owing but even if we did, the statute of limitations has run out on the collection of it by at least 7-8 years. The associate I was transferred to was named Eric. He was quite pushy and tried to suggest that my husband had this account behind my back, even admitting that he has done things behind his wife's back. He mentioned several times how it was important that he get a payment on the account today (in hopes that I would do so to re-age the debt and start the statute of limitations over.) I refused and said I would not be paying on something that was 11 years old that I do not even recall. At that point he was mad and didn't want to hear anything else from me, talking over me and not letting me even tell him that the SOL had expired on the collection of it. Whatever, do what you think you can Eric. My money is on you kicking dirt..

I got a call, they left a message - this is Byrant Hodge, to call them back it was very important, they would be in the office until 9:30 pm. 603 237-1466. Never said who they were calling for.....
