Called and refused to identify themselves. Man repeatedly asked if I was (my daughters name) mother. After repeatedly asking for him to identify himself he said I was being belligerent and hung up. I called the number and got an equally rude person. Took some digging but discovered the call is coming from Kinum, Inc a debt collection company based in Virginia Beach, VA.
