Says they are the irs and talks about tax scam and appearing before a magistrate whatever that is but does not mention my name have received this call before

Obvious scam. Strong Indian accent. When I asked for his IRS employee ID he didn't know what to say.

Haha got one too, called them about my Eneros Prostate Massager, they kept hanging up, then asked if they could look up my order by the billing number, they said yes so gave them this number 12345678910111213141516171819202122 everyone the guy said "uh huh" , then I said I found the number on the inside of a truck stop stall where it said you could have middle eastern men talk dirty to you and said a lot of gross stuff,

Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer the phone and it went to voicemail. A recorded message said my name was reported in a tax fraud investigation and if I ignored this message I would face consequences. The IRS will not call me if they want to investigate me. They can use the USPS and send it in writing. Scam

This is a scam. No need to return calls. But document them, especially if they are auto-generated (recorded message). This is illegal. Should someone start a class action suit, you will be part of it if you can prove you received the calls. I just received one. Did not call back. They are a joke. Found this site and posted my experience.

Got called could not understand the person calling. He had very poor English and could not seem to find my file! I told him as soon as I say goodbye I will be reporting you!

Scammers called 10 times today

A recording said that I had a warrant for frauding the IRS and I would be arrested if I didn't call this number back. I called the number and insisted on talking to a supervisor. The man didn't even put me on hold and sounded like the same person. I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and the man just kept asking me why I was calling and did I have a right to say what I was saying, which was that I had turned them in the the authorities for claiming to be from the IRS. They hung up on me and I kept calling only to be hung up on AGAIN AND AGAIN

i got a call from this number also and i called it back didnt recognize the number.Couldnt understand nothing they was saying.On my voicemail it said i was going to be arrested ifi didnt call this number back lol scam scam scam

Someone with a strong Indian accent each time you call you get the same person, sounds like they are in a car with the window down, it is near impossible to contact the Internal Revenue Services and get the exact same person each time you call, and also government numbers for Internal Revenue Services are usually toll free and you would have received information in the mail. Internal Revenue Services never calls customers you receive a legal document in the mail
