Sales type from Fidelity looking at people's account then want you to talk to an adviser so they can make money. They have no business looking through accounts nor cold calling. They were very unprofessional. Someone called Lauren Rossi and the first voicemail was " Hello, is anyone there?" BLOCKED
I go the same call, left VM. when i called back guy was not available so someone else wanted userID, I hung up. they keep calling so you need to block caller.
Called me today and left a VM. I called back and they said they didn't know who called me nor what my account was. They ask for your username, then your ssn. Really? Fidelity knows all those things already - Fidelity also uses voice recognition, you don't even have to provide anything to them, they have their account pulled up before they even get on the phone with you. If it is actually Fidelity trying to sell me shit, well I'm already using Fidelity, and I doubt you're going to be as active in my investments as I am myself - sorry, I doubt the chick that sounds like a 20 year old knows anything about investing at all. Maybe she can wait for theta to progress some more and then she can sound more like an adult.
Called from 603-864-6488 Steven Strand. I didn't answer since it was an unknown caller. VM says he was reviewing my account and to call back. I did call, he was 'on another line' but they asked me to enter my SSN to confirm my account. NO way! SCAM
Yes, the called me as Fidelity Investments FRM. Just left a 866 # to call back.
