They PRA Group call in cycles. This number is BC region. Some poor sap was conned into working for them. Debt over 10 years old in all cases. Hoping that they get someone to actually admit the debt and pay. Then they don't remove it and still call. Read up on them. In the old days if you have a debt discharged you never have to worry about this stuff. Now this sleezy company has bought up debt 10+ years old and come after anyone that vaguely has a name or a number from the person that had the debt.

We need new rules in Canada - if a debt is over 10 years - they cannot contact you EVER again. If a debt is discharged the Government should be able to stop these calls.

Don't answer the phone - get call display, call blocker, whatever you need to. They have been calling me for over 8 years and just won't stop. Debt isn't even mine but they don't care. They keep calling. They won't take you to court because they can't collect on the debt. But, they still call because eventually you might answer the phone.

PRA- buys old uncollectible debts and tries to make you believe they are enforceable

Slimy bottom feeding scumbags that use threats and bullying tactics trying to collect on debts of dead people and old debts that are stats barred. They have zero legal right to collect or harrass people in this manner. Blocked and reported.
