cbv collections will falsely pretend to be bank employees asking for personal and bank info a total shakedown scam even if u owe nothing they will continue harassing calls and hack into victims phones

They did not leave any messages the multiple times they tried. Totally illegal, the law states that they MUST give you written notice no less than 5 days before other contact.

they are a collection agency that buys expired debt from other collection agencies, in Ontario, the Limitations Act says that if they don't take action against you within 2 years, they don't have a legal leg to stand on, unless you make a payment to them, then everything resets, so,....

don't make a payment

never answer a call from a number you don't recognize, if it's an important call, they will leave a voice mail, collection agency pukes will NEVER LEAVE a voice mail. The pukes who work at CBV have also called on these numbers:

Hi,
it was a great help. We don't know the number, they keep calling any time in the week days. Your all numbers we booked/saved to mute them if they call us again-why not sure.Thanks for the advice with so many numbers..

pure endless spam and harassment from this number, they call 7am to 10 pm 7 days a week non stop, they never say a word.... someone needs to do something about these absolute disgusting harassment calls.

They have called me 5 times now today. Legally as a collections agency they are Not allowed to call you more than 5 times or it is considered harassment. I worked for a collection agency before so I know this... check to see regulations on caller harrasment regarding collectors.
