CBV collection agency calls all the time. They think that I owe them money but have not served me with any paperwork. I don't think that they have a legal leg to stand on due to the statute of Limitations in Ontario. I will never pay them. I just put the number in my smartphone's contact manager and silence the ringer for that particular number. Now, I rarely notice when they call. Never answer a call that you don't recognize, google the number first to investigate the number calling you. I have at least 40 phone numbers for CBV on my contact manager.

Dont owe any money so why ?

I'm getting 7am calls from these idiots too. And calls at 3pm, and 8pm, and so on and so on. Wish they would stop calling and die!

Received calls at 7am for two days Waking up us but no one speak when we pick up the phone. Called the number back, the guy claimed he is collection agency. He asked my name, phone #, and said that we had BMO credit card in 2013 which is not true as we've never had bmo credit card. I said to him that I will report to police if he keep calling us. He said that go ahead to report to police, he will continue to call us anyway. What a jerk!

Calling me repeatedly for someone else I dont even know. Really annoying collection agency
