I went to the coop office earlier to ask about the next board meeting,was told that this month will be next Tuesday on the 20th of September as few members are away.

I was told by a co-op member, that very disturbing information regarding David F. came out and members of the coop will learn about it soon

Lorraine's boyfriend is an intimidating jerk, as a woman I feel very uncomfortable with weird people like him around co-op

I would be very careful talking or sharing any information with anyone at our co-op since we got a confirmation last may that dictator dave was the one who gave full access to security cameras without notifying members first to the police.. breaking all kinds of laws and policies. our privacy rights were violented by sunshine board members. Thank you to the co-op members who filled a BC tribunal human rights against the board of directors. These people will be held accountable soon.

There is no point of talking about speeding rules,most of the members break the rules including David foulds who was driving in and out of the co-op yesterday with 10 plus kM per hour and the speed sign says 8 KM maximum. I caught Twyla at least 5 times speeding in the last 3 days. Where is the board of directors ? Nowhere And one more thing for the geniuses sitting on the board before you come up with any more idiotic rules think twice. Waste of people's time and money on speed signs.

More and more people are speeding in our co-op,the one who breaks the rules most of the time and drives really fast is twyla..not to mention every single visitor,signs are useless

Had a chance to talk to Twyla earlier today She mentioned that Liza # 19 had an accident with her kids last Tuesday All alive and well but car completely destroyed,in meantime Phillipineo Andy told me that Emi # 27 also had an accident With her kids yesterday.All alive and well.no major damage to the car. Thanks God 🙏God bless their families 🙏
