So the news is according to the board member who wants to stay anonymous that tomorrow's GM will be about land trust for the first half of it and then about David fould%@$#!plaining how come he is being sued by member #27 The board already talked about it last Tuesday during their meeting 😬 So simply waste of our time,most of the folks will probably walk out right after land trust presentation or don't come at all 🤷

So land trust is coming on Wednesday to our GM to give us more excuses about delays plus plans are keep changing all the time,I am not wasting my time listening to more BS 🤬

You did the right thing,most of us here at co-op staying for cheap rent..btw did you hear about dictator Dave being pissed off and running around and complaining about being sued by Jerry and his wife ? Seeing that old miserable man running like a mental patient priceless 🤣🤣🤣

Spoke with Donna few months ago,she confirmed that cops were at her place installing stuff 😟😟😟 she said " the board wanted Jerry to be gone in March now all these stuff will come out at some point and she doesn't know how to deal with it "

Over a long weekend I had a chance to talk to few people, all of them are aware of what dictator Dave Foulds is doing, also one of the person confirmed that she knows for sure that cops did have listening devices installed at unit #26.good thing we are away from this craziness where a neighbour allows police to spy on another neighbour 🤬

The news is Jerry and EMI are taking Fould's to court,first case at the end of August after that 4 more cases
