Yesterday a bunch of kids were fixing a car in front of co-op hall,somehow this did not bother stupid Dave but when unit #27 members kids were out playing last week foulds came out screaming using fuck and shit words,good thing somebody recorded the whole situation.foulds is a mental case and should be living in old folks place already.

Hi There, A family member who lives at sunshine housing co-op located in North surrey told me that a president of the place Mr.David Foulds is a police informer for the last 20 + years and is suspecting of abusing his position, giving information about members and full access to security cameras to his buddies at RCMP, many members are aware of the fact and filled a complaint however are afraid of repercussion from Mr.Foulds and local Surrey RCMP, if there is anything you can do about it please help us out by posting comments or links here
