This number called with a recording regarding lowering credit card payments (or interest - can't remember). When I pressed the prompt to speak to someone, my intention was to ask them to take my number off their list. A guy did come on the call and when I made my request, he hung up. I tried calling the number back multiple times but kept getting a recording stating, "All circuits are busy, please try again later.
