I had a call from this number on a Sunday 6:30 AM I picked up to curse them off, but all I got was total silence.

For the past 5 months, this unknown number from South Dakota has already been reported as a low life credit card services SCAM FRAUD, because these National Credit Card Representatives would NEVER make random calls like this even though a voice recording talks about it whenever I answered earlier this year 2019!
