This is a SCAM. Called numerous times. I got blindsided and realized was not legit immediately. My bank researched the dispute and was able to reverse the money. The calls are coming through as UNAVAILABLE so cannot block. They know the money was declined and now are threatening a warrant against me. I spoke to the Attorney General's Office. Was told not to respond to these calls. If they continue to call it will go to voicemail. All research I have done indicates these called are fraudulent.

Received a call on my Cell phone stating they have received a complaint and will send documents to my home or place of business, and that I must call this number. Total bull crap!

AUTO Message "I have been retained to serve you documents..."

Called to tell me I have a civil suit filed against me.
