First Premier Bank Credit Card collections
This call is from Premier Bank Card. I called THEM one month ago to explain that my payment was late because my husband had undergone cancer surgery and was taking very expensive treatments and I would catch up my payments as soon as humanly possible. Yesterday I received an "urgent message" to call them. When I did I was connected the very rude woman I spoke to before. I tried to explain that my husband will have open heart surgery on June 5, at which time she began to brow-beat me and screamed at me. After this experience no one could pay me enough to continue to do business with Premier Bank when I am able to put my account in good order. I always made my payments on time prior to these illnesses!!! I am 81 years old and NO ONE has the right to speak to me in this manner.
