I believe this is a call spoofing service just to harass.
Most likely someone you know spoofing the Dakota phone number to harass you.

This bullsh_t tele-evangelist "preacher" (I guess that's what he is) keeps calling my home phone and leaving extremely stupid, unbelievably hard-to-understand, messages. He's asking me to call 605-562-3182 for some reason. ¿How do I get him to stop?

They call me at least 3 times a day. He says he is a prophet and wants to talk to me but it a conference call.if someone don't stop it you and the phone company will lose my business
