I DONT KNOW WHO CALL ME IT SAYS NO ID ON THE CALLER ID DID CALL ME SEVENS DAYS A WEEK SOMETIMES I PICK UP THEM THIS NOT ME

This is a collection recovery agency. Most likely hired by a business called GE Money Banking. GE Money Banking handles credit for stores such as Walmart, Discount Tires, Capital One Credit cards, and other business establishments.
Yous account has been sold to this collection agency for recovery.
If you are tired of their calls, you should be able to block them from your cell phone provider, but this will not stop them from calling you from a whole different number or a PR line which you can not block.
A company like this are sleazy frauds. They have several different websites which is odd! They are not the law and can not enforce the law. They will become more aggressive and irritating.
I would suggest not bothering to answer your phone unless your prepared to give them back the unprofessional attitude that they will give you.

Relentless and rude,at times 6 to 8 calls a day.Never leaves a message,so you have no idea why they call.If you answer,nobody is there.

Calls a couple times a day, pick up, nothing on the other end. Never leaves a message. Been happening for a while now
