Saying we took onli
ne payday loan and all this legal action is going to happen, funny thing is we never took a payday loan out. They have called 5 times in half hour

They keep calling, threathening to call my human resources, I once talked to a real person and they wanted me to verify my social security number, which I wouldn't. I said if there was truly some legal action, I would have received mail or email. Very rude

They are calling me saying the same things. It's an automated number saying they will find me and actions will be taken when they do and they are beginning to call me at my place of work and will find me.

Says they need to speak to me or my attorney asap to avoid legal action. You can't threaten a caller. Collections is civil 100% don't fall for scare tactics this or any other collection agency uses.
