The recording said, stay on the line if you want to know the, (something or other problem with my social security), I let the connect me to an agent.
The agent asked me to verify my name.
I said, "yes, you tell me what name you have and I will verify it with you".
The agent disconnected the call.
This happened twice within A half an hour, but from a different number.
