Called me 3/29/18, 8:53 AM. Same poor quality recording, robo caller pretending to be IRS, claiming to be filing an intentional fraud lawsuit against me and my family. Claimed to have tried to reach me for the past 6 months. Some words were unintelligible but I thought there were mistakes in grammar or syntax, making me think it was produced by a non-English speaker. No name was given, and though mentioned a "department", didn't say which department of which company or bureau, but presumes to be IRS. Sorry, but I don't know how to upload the recording.
